   1. Dave Balandrin planning to step down as VP and board member within next few months, prior to summer

7. Architectural Control (AC) Committee
   1. Two tickets in systems will be approved soon by default
8. Common Grounds/Playground Committees
   1. Mid-March playground re-mulched
   2. Swing has been repaired
   3. Treasurer has information for the pavers
   4. Tree/tree limbs by Brookington Ct needs to be looked at
9. Website Administration/Documentation
   1. Put in events from last month’s meeting
   2. Adjust links for disclosure packages
   3. Change language for auto response to set expectation

    1. Target next issue for early Spring

    1. No response from Pia’s firm
    2. Board can vote in a board member from the community to complete the term of vacated spot
       1. Dave’s tenure ends October 2023
