DESCRIPTION:The VHA board typically meets on the second Monday of the month at 7 p.m.  Community members are welcome to address the board or sit in on the monthly meetings. \nIf you wish to address the board\, please email the board at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting with a brief description of the topic to be added to the agenda. \nOnline participation is available via GoToMeeting in accordance with our Virtual Meeting Guidelines.  In person participation may be available depending on weather and pandemic conditions.  Please email the address below to obtain/confirm meeting logistics.
