DESCRIPTION:Please join your neighbors for the annual Vantage Homes Association meeting of members. \nNote the change of venue for this year’s meeting: \nVirginia Hills Center\nLibrary\n6520 Diana Lane\nAlexandria\, VA \nThe meeting will start at 7 p.m. with a Q&A session with the Franconia District Supervisor. Formal business will call to order at 7:30 p.m. \nIf you have any questions for the Supervisor\, please post them via this form. \nFormal business topics include:\n– Elect 3 members to the Board of Directors for 3-year terms\n– Present financial statements for 2022 and the fiscal year 2023 budget\n– Present summary of year’s activities and future plans\n– Discuss status of Architectural Guidelines revision\n– Discuss recent challenges with trash/recycling services\n– Hear community comments and suggestions\n– Conduct any other business that may be properly brought \nIf you are unable to attend and wish to assign a proxy\, please submit your proxy form to a current board member or via email to board@vantagehoa.org.
