If your account is in good standing, choose “Annual Assessment Dues” below to pay for the current year.
- Standard lots: Account numbers without an X are Standard lots.
- “Private street” or Pipestem lots: Account numbers ending in an X are Private street lots.
If you owe past years’ HOA dues, you can make a payment for the full amount owed using “Custom Dues Payment” below.
