Home Improvements
Check the architectural guidelines before changing the exterior of your home.
Start with the Guidelines
The Architectural Guidelines explain the standards for exterior changes in Vantage. Some maintenance and improvement work is pre-approved; other projects require review by the Architectural Control Committee.
Find the guidance for your proposed project before beginning work. Association review does not replace applicable Fairfax County requirements.

Use the architectural project approval topic to ask about a project or request review. Describe the proposed work and include information that will help the committee understand the change.
