Picnic was well attended, despite rain. Brought leftovers to united ministries, roughly 100lb of food and related items
Volunteers are always needed, day of setup. Community engagement booth for future events

22 private street signs, aged and faded. Numbers hard to see
14 of the 22 have vanished or were never installed in the first place
Fire department very in favor of making houses easier to find
Ensuring all homes in community easy to find for first response, in addition to deliveries, etc
Estimates for 22 signs, 1 or 2 for vinyl, rest for aluminium. Est $1100-2200
One estimate to make signs and install them on new poles, $6500
Placement should be on VDOT right-away land. If not on right-away land, VDOT has no regulations governing it but would be on homeowner property – will still be visible from the street
FireDept public safety measure, in terms of financing

Treasurer:
P&L – received 3/4 of homeowner dues, notices to go out shortly. Disclosure packages, $50ea
New playground, new path, new signs, plus other expenses
Insurance, PO box, fees for electronic fees transfer (PayPal fee), picnic, legal and printing fees, website hosting/domain name registration.

Reserve study – recommendation for us to have $240,000 to replace everything if we needed to it today.
Question to community, how to maintain/replenish funds. Increase dues in emergency situation (storm destroys playground, eg)
Consolidate multiple accounts into single account. 1 checking for main HOA, 1 for Private Streets.
