Agenda
- Angela will get last month’s meeting minutes into template and upload into Nextcloud.
- Architectural Committee
- Two tickets, one for a roof and one for solar panels. Both were approved.
- Private Streets
- Ticket closed for garden and shared space on Lichen Court
- Common Grounds
- Form made for houses that need some TLC; will include forms in the same mailing as invoices, otherwise mail them out, send email. Take note of houses that may need to have the form sent. Also include houses that have sidewalk obstructed. Spraying done for poison ivy in park. Picnic table/trash cans search is still on. Posts for the bulletin boards still need to be installed. Trail maintenance, quoted at $1300 for steps from landscaping company; will shop around for quotes or consider a volunteer
- Did contact pet waste company for pet waste stations—may be able to get a dog waste management system in place; 2 stations est. $558 and service fee is $38 biweekly and $34 weekly ($988 yearly) –will bring up at Annual Meeting; will need to get approval from VDOT
- Connor will get a price on more stations to present at Annual Meeting
- Treasurer
- Uploaded balance sheets and money is in the bank – see checking statement for amount. Printed invoices for people who did not submit dues electronically, have envelopes but need more stamps and will need to print more labels for return. Consider getting a stamp.Several online orders and invoices to process. Ticket for payment site not working; not sure what is not working correctly
- Angela owes Christian two invoices for the Block Party posters
- Adopt a Highway
- Biannual, should be due to do again sometime in the fall
- Sign-up sheet at annual meeting
Active Items
- Repaving – message sent to VDOT about timing and when they will finish since streets are not done and biking path is not done
- Community Picnic
- Connor will check and see if interested volunteers are still interested
- Envelope stuffing party on Sunday afternoon for invoices and forms
- Consider sign-up sheets for annual meeting to drum up interest for committees
- Moon Rock ticket—no movement on it as of now
- Several behavioral complaints—suggest we direct these items back to the complainants and have them report to the police; Angela and Sonata will respond
- Website maintenance
- Still on the docket for conversation about improving website
