- One ticket – was reviewed and approved
Common grounds
- Connor reached out to the landscaping company about trimming the hedge around the park path but hasn’t had a chance to confirm if it’s been done yet.
- No one had responded to assist around helping with the picnic
- Kristina will do a Facebook post asking for support
- Connor sent picnic tables
- Email from Connor – picnic table from Connor – want two for the park
- Connor can’t pick them up, will need someone with a truck to pick them up
- Will also likely want to stain them
- We may also want a veteran to order them because there’s a discount for that
- Kerri brought up the Costco picnic tables, but the concern is that they’re not the right size (too small)
- Sonata has a military ID and can order the tables
- Vote was passed
- Email from Connor – picnic table from Connor – want two for the park
- Yards that need attention
- Sonata and Connor need to review the neighborhood again – they did this once but too much time has passed, will need to do this again
- Once they do this, letters can be sent again
- This weekend, the posts will be installed

- Signed up for Zelle – can now reimburse people instantly instead of doing checks
Picnic
- Portapotty: Ordered. Christian helped with invoice
- Moonbounce: couldn’t get in touch with Pru Vi – Kristina trying to get additional quotes. Will identify best vendor and get someone buttoned up.
- Face painters: Kristina will reach out again – will be $300 for 2 hours. Will aim for 11:30 – 1:30
- Tamarack Stables: not responding to Kristina or Tom (who knows them personally).
- Day of: Need to get the supplies from Costco – Connor has done this in the past, can he do this again? If not, who can do that?

- Air BNB: recommend people read through Fairfax County rules re: short term rentals. Sonata will respond to the Ticket.

- Annual Meeting:
- Need to reserve the space for our annual meeting
- Christian will search through the old treasury emails, and we will look into options and pricing
- Sonata will try to get in touch with Virginia Hills.
- What, if any, big changes to the meeting do we want to make? And what, if any, speakers do we want to reach out to for our meeting?
- Will add as an agenda topic for next month and discuss in more detail then
- Sonata will review the minutes from 2024 with the list of topics and use that to start planning for 2025.

- This still hasn’t gone out. We need to go back to the drawing board here and need to get something out ASAP. It’s pretty embarrassing that we haven’t been able to get this out and we’ve had 9 months! We have to get one together and out before the next annual meeting.Potential topics

- Eric did a demo of Nextcloud and reminded the board how to use this and created a template for 2025 newsletter ideas.
