Common Grounds
- Two arborists have come out, spoken to a couple others—there are two ways to do assessments: an in-depth assessment that is about 14k, or smaller assessments for smaller chunks. Walked property and marked trees that were of concern. Can break large assessment into smaller fees and can do trees of more concern sooner than others.
- Vote to do the $14k tree removal: 7-0.
- Will need to delay the slide project until 2027.
- Plant trees on the edge of the park (near ring of asphalt)? No shade in the sun.
- Grill tools ordered for the common area and will be relocated to shed; drink dispenser will also be relocated.
Treasurers Report
- Received some HOA dues
- Common Grounds and PO Box are only expenses
- Upload quarterly loss/gain margins to website? Add to next newsletter?
- Drafted late dues letter, will work on getting info together on who it goes to
