Agenda
Architectural Committee
- Two open tickets, but one is not an architectural matter (is a street matter), the other one is about a fence.
Common Grounds
- The city inspected the bridge constructed over the concrete drain and determined that such a structure is not permitted. Although removal is recommended, it will not be enforced. Any proposed replacement may require a permit, which is subject to possible denial by the city. Will ask Jim to contact the city to see about an exemption. Scott will assess the top railing and see if it is feasible for him to improve.
- New trail is in good shape; doesn’t need any maintenance.
Treasurers Report
- Brought in $6100 in dues
- Minimal expenses
- Down to 100 people who haven’t paid dues; 14 are egregious
- Will add this to the newsletter AND add it as a line item to annual meeting to discuss charging late fees for delinquent houses
Pipestem Committee
- No updates
