- Measured to replace top boards on the perimeter around playground equipment; formulating estimate.
- Looking into avenues for bridge, waiting for updates
- Will install No Motorized Vehicle signs ASAP

- Collected 13k in dues; 40k in dues collected since the start of the year
- Filled out some private street forms
- Only paid for landscaping since last meeting

- Whetstone home ticket: architectural committee was asked to review some home improvements(?)—will ask complainant to solidify ask
- Ticket about fence—do they need to work with neighbor about pouring concrete/access to land for new fence or does HOA step in?
- Upcoming Events: Annual picnic
- Start getting the ball rolling; Kristina will contact the people needed for the bounce house, horses, etc.
- Woman received a “letter from the HOA” saying her dogs are a nuisance, and she will be reported—this was not from our HOA and is fraud—may be a neighbor(?) Will send an email blast about it and post to Facebook about it.
- Recap big rules—including no ATVs—in the next newsletter. Consider making a flyer for the board as well.
- Addressed several tickets with various ephemera.
- Try to get a newsletter out next month. Aim to review by next meeting and send out day after.
