The meeting will start at 7 p.m.

Formal business topics include:
– Elect 3 members to the Board of Directors for 3-year terms
– Present financial statements for 2025 and the fiscal year 2026 budget
– Present summary of year’s activities and future plans
– Discuss major projects
– Hear community comments and suggestions
– Conduct any other business that may be properly brought

If you are unable to attend and wish to assign a proxy, please submit your proxy form to a current board member or via email to board@vantagehoa.org. Proxies may be assigned to any person (tenant, friend, member of the Board, or the Board at large).
