Minutes of HOA Board Meeting on April 10th, 2023

2. Previous Meeting Minutes: March minutes, voted to accept

   1. Dave Balandrin’s resignation has been accepted

   1. Damage to Swirly Slide park
      1. Bids from arborists
      2. Send note to community about firewood availability
         1. Draft language so distribution is fair

         1. Current bid does not include removal of old equipment
            1. May need to hire separate contractor to remove equipment after tree is removed
